Outsurance - Excellent service

I was assisted this morning by Fez Zokufa from Outsurance with two queries on my Policy. Getting through to call centres can be a nightmare. In this instance I had no problem and was assisted by Fez. My queries were attended to in a friendly, professional and to the point manner. Excellent service -thank you.
