Outsurance - excellent service.

My late mother's house has been insured with Outsurance for some time. Since she died I have made two claims against this policy - the first following on from storm damage and the second as a result of significant damage done during a break in. In each case I have found Outsurance to be very helpful and actually keen to meet the claims. In the second case, Assessor, Mr Patrick Brouard has been extremely helpful and enthusiastic to ensure that the claim be processed and, consequently, met. My own house is covered by Standard Bank Insurance, whom I have found entirely unsatisfactory. I intend changing this cover to Outsurance in the near future.
