Outsurance Excellent Service

<p>I have always heard negative stories around outsurance claims and mention of how much more expensive they are than the rest of the market.</p> <p>Today I am glad to report a pleasant experience with outsurance as they blew my mind with thier effiecenct service.</p> <p>On Thursday last week I was involved in a serious accident luckily no one was hurt. I then made a call to Outsurance to report the accident , the advsior asked me for my location. An Ambulance and tow truck service was dispatched to the scene right away.</p> <p>After being examined by medical staff, within 20 minutes my car was on a truck being towed to Outsurance as*****t centre with all the neccessary documents in place and I knew where my car was going to be stored.</p> <p> </p> <p>The following morning Outsurance Assesor Carl called me with some details he needed to verify the incident and advised me that my vechile would be assesed during the course of the day.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did not expect much feedback as it was a Friday afternoon.</p> <p>Monday Morning first thing Carl called me to setup up a face to face meeting at my residence. </p> <p>Carl arrived at my home to take my statement and further advised me on the way forward on my claim.</p> <p>Within 20 minutes the meeting was concluded and Carl was on his way.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then recieved a courtesy call from Lance the advsisor to update me on the status of my claim.</p> <p>At 4 oclock the very same day Carl would then call me to confirm that my claim has now been settled as agreed upon.</p> <p>Over and above this was excellent service i must admit the quick turnaorund time for my claim to be settled.</p> <p>Carl Hatting - Assesor</p> <p>Lance Stidworthy - Advisor</p>
