outsurance excellent service

<p>I broke down in my car in somerset west just before the public holiday. A female on my own on the side of the road in 37c - not fun. Phoned outsurance who gave me the most outstanding service and reasurance that everything would be ok. I waited about 45mins for the tow truck to arrive but I received sms and phone calls evry 15mins to check up on me and to confirm how much longer I had to wait.</p> <p> </p> <p>When the tow truck brought me and my car back to Cape Town my garage was already closed so they dropped me and my car at my house. Monday morning I phoned outsurance who once again with great efficiency and pleasant manner organised a tow truck who arived within 15mins.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was such a good service and pleasant to people to talk to in a moment of distress. Something which could have been extreamly stressful situation was turned around and I cannot thank outstance enough for being there when I need them and totally living up to the great service to their clients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Bronwen Wetton </p>
