Outsurance excellent client service.

After several issues regarding a 3rd party claim, I eventually contacted my own insurance company Outsurance. I really did not look forward to all the forms and administration related to my accident. I was assisted by Eva Lusane and within a few minutes that felt like seconds she has sorted out my request and even offered that I could contact her again should I have any queries. She was patient, efficient and handle another confused email from me in a very proffesional manner. I should have phoned Outsurance immediately to handle this for me which I will definitely do in future. This all without losing my bonus.
