Outsurance Excellence.

I would like to thank Shannan at Outsurance Emergency Services/Road side assistance. She was absolutely amazing. Our vehicle broke down 30 KM out of Umthata on Saturday. And with our 2 young children it was quite a scary situation. Shannan was on top of the situation the entire time, checking up on us every 10 minutes to see if we were OK. An hour and a half later a tow truck arrived from BJ Towing. Everyone at BJ Towing and Outsurance went out of their way to ensure that our vehicle gets fixed so that we can be on our way to enjoy our holiday. Thank you to everyone involved. Our trip would have been a disaster without you.
