Outsurance - everything an insurer should be.

What I need from an insurance company is piece of mind. I need to know that they will have my back if anything, from a catastrophe to a complete disaster, should befall me. What I don't want is a company that tries to wriggle out of their obligations. Well, Outsurance deliver. Of course, they have to ask for proof, paperwork and a host of other stuff to make sure the claim is genuine. I don't begrudge them that - they must also protect themselves. But once they are satisfied they deliver, often within hours. I feel like they are on my side and they have my best interests at heart. They protect me - and that's what I need.
