OutSurance _ Empty promises

Good day,

I was phoned by one of Outsurance telesales persons (which is called Sipho) , last week Thursday regarding insurances for my car. I gave him the chance to explain all the options and told him, to mail me all the relevant info on Tuesday 23 April 19 for me to go through it so that I can decide if I want to move over from my current insurer.

On Tuesday 23 April 19, I did not receive any info an decided if Outsurance can't even mail me the info as asked, why would I even consider changing my insurance?

Sipho kept on calling me and today 25 April 19, I answered the phone and explained to him that I am not interested anymore. The more I tried to explain I'm not interested, the more he asked me if I had te funds to cover my excess (which) has nothing to do with him. He also had the cheeck to tell me I must hope and pray that I'm not involved in a car accident because I would be sorry than. He also started raising his voice, just because I was no longer was interest.

What kind of people does Outsurace employ, to make such statement to a probable future client? This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Definitely will not in future consider changing to Outsurance soon

Trix
