outsurance employee openly acuse me of drunk driving

<p> Uotsurance employee made a statement to 1 of my compsnies managers. His statement was "how drunk was he,was he wasted. So before even seeing the cars minor damage,caused by an accident with witnesses charls kriege allready worked on rejecting the claim,he did not even know where the car is after nearly a week. Now he expects me to proof i was sober,is it not rather his job to proof i was drunk. The vehicle with 1 dent must now stay in their posession untill he tries everything to reject the claim,how long is he going to keep the car. He now whants all my bank statements and cellphone contract details. He is trying to get me out of the claim. Will contact the ombudsman and a lawyer. Be carefull guys these guys have time to waste</p>
