Outsurance effcient customer service

I had a complaint about some information on policy that was incorrect. Lesley phoned me to handle my complaint. He immediately apologized on behalf of Outsurance and corrected the information. He then ran through all the important information on my policy to ensure that there were no other issues. He was very friendly and polite and efficient in the way he handled my complaint. If Outsurance deals this way with all complaints or issues then I will be a very happy customer.
