Outsurance

Outsurance what poor excuses you find not to pay out a claim. I have been a client for over 10 years CLAIM FREE. 1ste Claim and you rejected. Tree roots cracked my swimming pool and you expect of me to know there is a problem under ground? HOW?? A pool is part of your buildings. my buildings is insured but yet you reject the claim. I will NO longer be part of the outsurance ****. POOR SERVICE
