Outsurance dropping the ball!

It has once again come to policy 'rerate' time whereby the premium is raised and despite me requesting for years that due to age I am downscaling and that the contents should remain at a certain amount and that I will advise if there is a change they continue to raise the value of the contents as well as the premium and when I request for them to bring it back to the normal content amount the premium is more and they cannot tell me how and why the premium on the same value has to rise as the risk is the same - seems like a **** to me! Added to that the premium for the car insurance has gone up just over 16% which is a disgrace and more so seeing as though I have rarely claimed in my 10+ years there. In what world are you guys living whereby you feel that you can justify a 16% increase - who in this world gets those kind of raises!!! Not even the medical aid companies are increasing like that - you guys are really starting to lose your good name here and whilst I was a huge fan of your company with awesome rates and service this yearly ******* is starting to get to me and no longer appears to be the case!
