Outsurance don't care about there customers AT ALL

I would never suggest anyone ever go to Outsurance, they people i have spoken to do seem to care when i tell them i am going to change my insurance and i will tell my company to do the same, and your stupid outbonus that i keep loosing i really don't care about. You don't care about your clients AT ALL! Your false advertising on TV as well, my insurance was put up by 15% because of 2 claims, one was not my fault and the other was a scratch on my car and honestly a scratch on the clients car (I have photo proof). Outsurance is a useless and will definately be cancelling my policy and telling my company to do the same
