Outsurance doing pensioners in

I am a pensioner 60 years, as far as I know when you claim from the age of 55 most insurance companies wave your ecxess, but not "OUTSURANCE" Be carefull with Outsurance, they do not wave it at all, as soon as you want to claim they come up with some story that you have to phone them on the day you turn 60, Surely we live in a modern world , their system should adjust it automatically, why should an old person suddenly phone a company that employee hundreds of people and have software that can do it. They take your money, make you believe your fine and say they pre record you and you should phone them when you turn sixty. Wait for them to turn older, you can barely remember what you had for breakfast and then you have to remind them to amende your policy. How I see it, is just taking money from the elderly and sick people. Surely they can send a reminder, and you can change it on the app, why should I phone them, I am the client.
