Outsurance doesnt care about its customers!!

<p>In an accident on 20 Mar 2016, insurance towed car to nearest repair center. Didn't have car hire in my policy, and had to pay for a rented car in order to move around & go to work in Sandton from Magaliesburg. Car was ready for collection on 13 May 2016, almost 2 months since the accident. Car not properly fixed & I logged a complaint with Outsurance & Assessor confirmed today the defaults, but Outsurance wants me to carry for the 2nd time extra car rental costs as they are not prepared to provide a courtesy car. I'm now compelled to drive an unsafe and unroadworthy car cos I can no longer afford to pay for a rental car. I also don't' know when my car will be repaired again for defaults or errors that were supposed to have been picked-up and fixed in the first place.</p>
