OUTSURANCE DOESNT CARE!!!!!

Very dissapointed. Outsurance is promoted in the media and al***** as being the best and customer orientated. ***, is that wrong on so many levels. Just looking at the 1 star reviews, indicates that I am not alone. Twice now, one of my vehicles have been damaged by a third party who was clearly at fault. Each time, I have been told that I am responsible for the excess. One of the vehicles was even parked at the time. I had such a heavy battle with outsurance about the excess for that damage, eventually, after threatening to cancel the policy, they waived the excess and claimed it from the other party themselves. Now, I have another vehicle, the third party, turned left, from a right only lane, into my vehicle. Outsurance are again trying to force me to pay the excess. Rediculous situation. Outsurance are only taking care of their own interests, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! I REGRET BECOMING A CUSTOMER OF THEIRS!!!
