Outsurance doesn't support their clients!

I was in an accident in May 2015 - nothing I could do to prevent the accident. The other party is an Outsurance client. He admitted his guilt and said that he would pay for the damage - quotes were all in the region of R10 000. He filed a claim with Outsurance and supp**** me with the claim nr. I waited weeks for the claim forms. Eventually I waited weeks for outcome just to hear that I, basically, should have made sure that the other person was not going to drive right in front of me. I sent them a mail not accepting the outcome. Never heard form them again. I sent another letter on 15 October explaining why I am not accepting their rejection. They didn't even ask what precautions I took to avoid the accident. The sent a reply acknowledging receipt and that it will be reviewed and that I will have an answer no later than Mon 19 October. I sent them a reminder on 20 October. Today 22 October...still no answer. I will never be an Outsurance client!!!!! I will sue their client for damages and loss of income. Let's see if he remains an Ousurance client...
