Outsurance does nothing
With outsurance the only thing you get out is frustration, effort and an emergency claim that has not been sorted out for over 2 weeks. Do not use them for building claims.

Over and over I explain its a liliput pump that needs to be replaced. Just now we were contacted by a contractor appointed by Outsurance to fox our water pump. Once I explained they were not able to fix this as they do not work on sewage systems. This is the 3rd supplier Outsurance consultants appointed the wrong contractor for.

06 Nov 2023, 10:34Another contractor phoned me. It is getting to a place where it is redicukous. This time they appointed someone that does boreholes. A borehole and a sewage system is not the same thing??????!!!!!!! The contractor politely informed me that he is wrongly appointed because he is not able to do that. So it seems outsurance keeps on appointing people but actually has no clue what the problem is for even if I have explained a thousand times???

16 Nov 2023, 12:13Still the worst service. A new person came out for our claim and here we are another week later with no response. Its nearing a month for an emergency claim. I would stay away.
