Outsurance does not want to pay Actor for adverts done 6 months ago.

I am a call actor and o did a commercial for outsurance.

I had problems getting the initial payment for my work which was supposed to be paid out bu max 90 days of having done the work.

This was a TV commercial and still photos I shot on the 1st of June. Outsurance rolled out the advert in September and I was still not paid. I have to chase Outsurance up with an outsurance employee called Boitumelo Rabosiwana when it was more than 90 days after work done. She gave me the run around till I got upset and wrote very stern emails stating my frustration. They paid me for the TV commercial.

A few weeks later people started sending me screenshots of internet adverts that where coming up on their facebook timelines of the same ad for which I had only been paid for TV commercial and not for still adverts on internet. I sent in the one picture that was popping up and complained that I had not been paid, they had used my photographs for their internet advertising which they still are without paying me, I spent a month chasing them for payment for the use of my still pics. They only paid me for 1. When I complained that they paid for one yet there was more than one pic on said ads ... each pic should be paid for individually. They had the audacity to ask me to tell them how many pics I had seen. They did the still pic ads, they should know how many of my pics they are circulating, I should not have to bleep going back everytime I spot a different pic to complain.

I told them it was not my responsibility to be searching social media looking for photographs that they should know how many are used. They have given me the rin around for close to a month stalling payment till they can use the December closure as an excuse not to pay. They do not respond to emails for days, not even a courtesy update. If I don't send a frustrated email they do not respond.

Boitumelo then sends me a message to tell me that some of the signatories have now gone for Christmas holidays. We have all suffered from the Covid 19 loss of income, some can still afford to not pay out what they owe clients and service providers and a whole high company like Outsurance can fail to pay for services from which they are gaining business and use stories of signatories going on holiday are we then supposed to have faith that we can be paid out even for claims when we need our money? I'm on an ad that is promising people cover and security but they cannot pay for my work I did? I am not going to be sitting on my phone or computer searching for the still images that they used for their ads. Its 6 months since the work is done I cannot wait for January I want my money now and I want the money for all the pics that where used.
