Outsurance does not want to do business with hearing disabled people

Outsurance discriminates against the hearing disabled, as no facility is available to conduct business with them by any other means than telephone. Do they not realise that deaf people cannot speak on the phone? I am trying to amend my policy, but meet a dead-end everywhere. Emails are returned and on their website, the "best" they seem to be able to do is "one of our consultants will phone you"! The Human Rights Commission has already ruled this a discriminatory practice

Good day Pandadup

You have our sincere apologies for the little effort we put in to assist you! As for the returned emails, we assume at this point you rep**** to an unmonitored mailbox, which added to your frustration.

Our client care manager will correspond with you via email and assist you accordingly.

Regards
OUTsuarnce

Thank you for quick response and resolving the issue. It would be good if you could put an email address in your advertising and website to avoid such problems in future.
