Outsurance does not really care for your Pet.
They claim you get more Out with Outsurance, but they rather take your money and let your Pet suffer. Removal of lump was done 11 months and 2 days within me signing up with them and they say because it falls within the 12 month exclusion they won't honour my claim. Totally saddened by their handling of the situation.
