Outsurance does NOT pay out their claims

I now understand why Outsurance \\bribes\clients with the R400 to become their clientele... We have been Outsurance clients for about 15 YEARS and our claim was handled unprofessionally. The claim is NOT settled and WE sit with a staggering water bill and damaged house and piping of which Outsurance refuses to take responsibility for. Our water pipe burst. We registered the claim as URGENT. The service provider which attended was unprofessional and unskilled. The QUOTATION was submitted 48 hours LATER! The SP did not even know what had to be done. The water in the mean time was damaging the rest of the house\""
