Outsurance does not pay 3rd party claims!

Whenever my policy comes up for renewal and I dispute the increase on my car insurance, the excuse is always that I could be involved in an accident with a 3rd party who owns a much more expensive vehicle than my own.

However, when it comes to having to make a claim, Outsurance refuses to pay the 3rd party which then lead to me receiving threats from the 3rd party and having to lay ************ charges against the 3rd party. This caused many sleepless nights for me. The case of ************ resulted in having to waste my time in court, and the prosecutor proceeding to advise the 3rd party to lay ******** charges of reckless driving against me even though I was not driving recklessly.

The main reason I have insurance in the first place is so that I do not have to deal with 3rd parties and all this stress, so this is totally and utterly unacceptable.

Outsurance used to be the best insurance company in the country and they are now the worst by a mile. Avoid them at all costs!
