outsurance does not meet up with there promises

come on guys how many times must we ask to solve a problem , its easy to take our money , but just for bid- if you have to assist a customer , rather pass it on to somebody else , lerato at claims , a gentle man from client care , the assessor at my house , he even put on his report this morning that we are unhappy but still no success <br> outsurance are we getting to big now to look at the small guys ???? even your customer that supported you for years and years
