OUtsurance does NOT fight your case as per adverts

<p>I lost a very sprecialised item that was given to me 13 years ago when my daughter was born. We insured it at the time. Recently when I moved the bracelet was ******.</p> <p>Previosuly I was always happy but this time, it was as they pre-determined they were NOT paying the full value of the item after I have insured it for 13 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted as per adverts they have now taken 3 months to pay out and I am not accepting their lower valuations from a photo when as per their contracts any values under a certain amout in out and about does not need any detailed specifications.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their line is always: It has been escalated to a claims manager!!!!</p> <p> </p>
