Outsurance does not do as they advertise

I've dealt with Outsurance for the past two days, to move the profile from my mother's name to my name. They were rude, pushy and they wanted to over charge me.

Caed them with a quotation from Santam that they couldn't beat, and as per their adverti*****t they will pay R 500. The gent over the phone from outsurance was very rude and said that's not how it works and refused to pay the R 500 as advertised.

Do not go with outsurance, they do not have good customer service and do not adhere to what is advertised. Will never use them again.

I do qualify for the R 500 promotion as you quoted me R 553 and Santam quoted me R 331. I am not an Outsurance client.
