Outsurance does not care about you
OUTsurance you guys really do suck. We phoned to cancel our debit order (for house insurance) for this month as financially we have no money. Operator confirmed it will not be debited. Guess what..debit order goes off 5 days ago and takes the last of our food money...the last! We have no food left for the month! We phoned you guys to report this and still nothing is done!!!!!!! Shame on you guys for tonight we do not have anything to put on our plates You do not care about your customers and their well being

Following the receipt of your complaint, we immediately escalated the matter to our client care manager Shaheed – who has since been in contact with you to offer our sincerest apologies to discuss the matter in detail. Shaheed further explained that the matter has been escalated to our IT department for further investigation. We can confirm that a refund of the debited premium has been processed. We are certainly not insensitive to the financial position you are in and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regards OUTsurance
