Outsurance Does it AGAIN

Recently started looking for a new car insurance as I am currently not happy with mine. So I got outsurance to quote me, which they did. The total quote was around R1500, which was more than my current insurance. The gentlemen was very helpful and insisted I apply for the payment special they have when they don't beat your insurance they will pay you back. I even got an sms stating it. Upon uploading and sending all documents I get a call from a lady to confirm all details, call cuts and the boom get a call back saying system doesn't allow it as I have been paid R500 previously in Aug 2020 and now I must wait till Aug 2022 to get it. Honestly it was never about the free money but more about looking for an insurance, however the principal behind it is don't send me an sms saying something but your system is doing something else. I'm sure your system could have picked it up before sending the qualifying sms in the first place. Or maybe get a system like that so it can work, irrespective of finder details. Can I kindly get a manager to contact me regarding this, as I feel it's totally not right and that this needs to be sorted Asap
