Outsurance: Do you really get something out?

I purchased a Renault Kwid on 6 January 2020 and on 6 February 2020 my son was involved in a horrific accident in this vehicle caused by the total negligence of another party. Thankfully, my son is okay but the vehicle is a write-off. Outsurance, however, is rejecting the insurance claim based on a regular driver issue, establishing a regular driver trend unreasonably after only having the vehicle for one month. Outsurance has been our insurers since 2016 for our household contents and comprehensive vehicle cover. In these 4 years, we have only made two claims for cracked windscreens and I was due a substantial no claim bonus pay-out in April 2021. As a loyal customer, I expected my insurance company to fight on our behalf for our claim. Instead, we have been interrogated making us feel like the guilty party. Subsequently, Outsurance has removed the Renault Kwid off our policy and refunded the premium paid absolving themselves of any cover. Meanwhile, I submitted a dispute regarding the rejection of the claim to Outsurance on 17 February 2020 and I am still waiting for a response from them a week later. I am dissatisfied with the service from Outsurance and certainly do not feel like a valued customer.
