Outsurance “do what ever we can not to pay out “
I submitted a claim for a damaged tv with Outsurance. A Mr Govender came out as the assessor and took information down. He proceeded to further damage my tv by pushing down on the damaged part of the tv. The manager now claims that I damaged the Tv. Outsurance accuse me of lying and providing incorrect information. The whole way they dealt with the claim was disgusting they do what ever they can not to pay out a claim. I have now had to replace a 50k tv at my cost because of Outsurance.
