Outsurance do not provide stickers with contract - why

Joined Outsurance last year for my car and to date have not been able to get them to send stickers for the car. Initially the postal service and Covid was the excuse then in Feb21, mailed again. I have also tried at the PG Glass outlet. It is important to have these displayed in the event that there is an incident.

Good Afternoon, thank you & I was contacted. I confirmed with the lady that to PG Glass Strubens Valley were out of stock both times. Thanks again for responding.
