Outsurance do not know what they are doing!

<p>My fiance and I are purchasing a new house and therefore need building insurance. I contacted Outsurance to take out building insurance with them as I thought I would get a good rate. After taking out the insurance, Outsurabnce called me to say that as I was takign out a bond with FNB I would get a reduced rate and the previous insurance would be cancelled. To my surprise an amount was deducted off my account on the 27 July, after 3 calls to Outsurnace this was supposedly sorted out and the first insurance was "cancelled". It is now the 29 July and another amount has been deducted. This was CLEARLY NOT sorted out! Please send proof that the insurance has been cancelled and I will be refunded before I cancel EVERYTHING with Outsurance. Just shows going cheap is not always the best. </p>
