Outsurance do not care

I had incident on my property Saturday morning early hours Sunday I reported incident Due to the rain Outsurance could not assist, leaving me as a 53 year woman to make a plan and try to secure my front entrance gate, as my property was now standing open leaving it at high safety risk gor intruders to just walk in without invitation.

Assessor came out Monday 1st thing in the morning. I in the meantime got quotes for repairs as it is a serious safety risk. Today is Friday, almost a week later. the repair guy that outsurance makes use of, did not have the time to date to do a quotation.

I ordered a vompany in the meantime to start repairs as Outsurance do not see the urgency to do anything about it. If that is how long it takes someone to do a quote, how long will it take to do the job, as he said to me hr has to take the gate off site to rebuilt and bring it back, clearly not caring about my safety

In my opinion Outsurance do not care at all about their customers safety
