Outsurance Do No Practice What They Preach!!

I recommended Outsurance to a relative of mine who is currently a Santam client. An Outsurance representative with the name of Alex Sittig contacted her and requested a copy of her current Santam schedule to see if Outsurance can give her a better deal. He also gave her his personal contact number which was just a ****. The number given is not his direct contact number. I had exactly the same experience a while ago. Outsurance is working with a call centre team who prompise that they will be of personal assistance in future which is a ****. To find and speak to the person who assisted you with your policy on the day you took it out when needed in future is just not possible. Although the person e-mailed Alex Sittig a copy of her Santam poilicy a week ago she received no feedback and we could not get hold of Mr Alex -he is missing in action. At Santam she has a personal assistant. Her experience with Outsurance before even doing business with them left such a sower taste in her mouth that she is not interested in doing any business with them in future. The fact - Outsurance do not supply personal service to clients as advertised. I also now consider now to change to another company.
