Outsurance dishonoring agreement

I called Outsurance stating that I would like to cancel my home insurance due to the property being sold. They informed me that soon as the property has been sold and registered to the new owner that they would automatically cancel the policy. The property then sold and was taken off my name yet Outsurance still proceeded to bill me even after they agreed that they would not. I am moving all my policies to a other service provider.
