OUTSURANCE - DISHONEST PRACTICES
I investigated the option of changing over to Outsurance. Indicated that I would like to join them, but after comparing with my current insurance decided against it. I have sent 2 seperate e-mails to them during November. instructing them to please cancel my application as I will remain with my current insurer. Nobody came back to me, and on my bank statement today a payment has gone off. Now it is once again an inconvenience to get my money back. I absolutely hate it when companies do business like this. In the meantime I have gone over my bank limit and payments are not going through, leaving me with a hell of a lot frustration and trouble to explain and also in a position where I am accumulating additional charges. I can not get through to their customer care line or their head office line. Customer care line requires additional payment for the phone call and HO number just cuts off after 2 rings. i can not help to think that, like so many other organisations, they are trying to avoid contact with their customers. I need someone from Outsurance to contact me immediately. I will never ever trust them again to do business with.
