Outsurance dishonering there word ...
Hi there
I received a call from Outsurance on the 15th January 2019 with Nosi from Outsurance. I confirm on the call that I do have insurance with my car and it's fits my budget. She said it's okay we Outsurance would be able to offer you a cheaper premium,if not they will give me R400 if they can not better my premium... non the less I completed the application with Nosi ,the premium was double what I was paying for.my current insurance I declined the offer... Nosi confirmed an e-mail with a link will be sent to.me with instructions how to Claim the R400... I received an sms still no e-mail with instructions etc. Has this happened to anyone else because this means it's false advertising and also dishonering there word. Just thought I'd give my opion
