OUTSURANCE DISGUSTED !!!

Absoutely disgusted with Outsurance. After the floods and bad storms on the 11 April 2022 we put in a claim which we've never done on our property. Please keep in mind we have vehicles, business insurance, property insurance personal insurance and out and about insurance so we talking a good couple thousand per month in installments. On claiming they tell us they to busy to come out to access the property we must find someone to access and we must take pics. After doing all of this because they to LAZY to come assess the property, they refute the claim to no maintenance firstly disgusted because you to lazy to come and access the property properly secondly on telling me I dont maintain my property excuse me, in your exact words lack of maintence. It's storm damage and taking the easy way out and not doing your job properly has cost you a long standing client.
