Outsurance disgraceful

The service is unacceptable. Spoke to many different members, all they want to do is sell me more insurance policies, whilst I was jist trying to cancel a policy that os being deducted from my account wothout my knowledge! The policy is in the name of people I do not even know. After a great struggle, they eventually put me through to the financial department. I was requested to sent through all my bank statements simce they started the 600 deduction for these ghosts. Over 10 months worth!!! I was promosed 3 weeks ago that they would pay back my money. And now, nothing. No feedback. How could they even take the money without my knowledge in the first place? All the banking fees and interest I am now still losing and all they say is they cannot do anything about that. It's appalling. I will cancel all my policies with them. It's a disgrace.
