Outsurance disgrace
My insurance was cancelled because of my fiancés claim and I didn’t get refund of my premiums. The items I insured were lost while I was still about to claim my policy was cancelled.

Our claims investigator, Kresin, discussed the matter in detail with you. There were discrepancies that were identified during the validation process for a claim that was put through on your fiancés policy. Due to these discrepancies being linked to your fiancés claim, your policy was subsequently cancelled.
There is unfortunately no refund due to you. .
