OUTsurance discriminates against deaf people

dearhello Peter yet again I need to deal with OUTsurance regarding a claim.yet again they have no way of allowing me to make my claim via email. Why not? Because they need a recorded message. Is anemailnot a record enough? Then Iam toldIhave todrivetothe head officetoprocess my claim. Firstly I don't have a car, secondly why do I have to be disadvantaged by spending extra time and money to come all the way to your head office because despite assurances from OUTsurance previously that they would address this - I am still being discriminated against. And what is the funniest is consultants apparently said she would talk louder. What part of Deafness do OUTsurance not understand? Get your training and policy for Deaf people in order.
