Outsurance discriminates
The mail received from Outsurance indicated a 15% discount for May. The fact that my premium for May came off my account on 29th April meant I did not get the discount. Obviously the Outsurance press releases try to make the company as a hero yet hide the truth.

The head of Client Relations sent you an email and addressed your concerns. The mentioned discount will only come into effect in May. Further recourse was also confirmed and we again apologise for any confusion our correspondence caused.
