Outsurance Disappoints Long Term Client
I'm so disappointed in Outsurance. They have no interest in keeping clients. From R 1120 per month for 2 cars to now R 1800!!! In covid! No assistance from Outsurance to help or make the premiums lower. The agent had the nerve to come talk to me about "are you covered for hail cover" "check the ombudsman reports" like that puts food in my daughters mouth at the end of the month! Absolutely ridiculous! Like I am worried about ombudsman complaints and hail cover in the midst of an epidemic! I've been nothing but disappointed in Outsurance since I was forced to claim when a refugee drove his car directly into mine while mine was parked. so not only did i have to loan a R5000 to get my vehicle back simply coz he has nothing. now im paying the price for it and i must hear "does the other insurance cover hail damage?" really Outsurance?? is this what you think matters to your cash-strapped clients? is this going to make my daughter's tummy full? I used to feel like Outsurance really would go out their way for me as a client - This year I've been nothing but disappointed by the very company that should be trying their best to keep their clients. Its a no from me.
