Outsurance disappointed me and placed me worst of!

I had an accident claim and was referred to an Outsurance preferred panel beater. The repair work had to take 5 days but in the end it was a 3 week experience. I had no other mode of transport in this time.. I personally visited the panel beater numerous times to inspect the vehicle and had too show them that the work was of sub standard quality. Riverside Panelbeaters paid me a lot of lip service but my car is in a worse state now with overspray and prep marks on the panels. After a lot of back and forward Outsurance informed me that they had suspended further work with said service provider yet when I visited the site they had 3 new vehicle claims on their primes is from Outsurance. This entire process has left me confused, disappointed and vulnerable. I feel done by and don't feel any transparency has taken place.
