I recently logged a claim and judging from my experience, It is evident that client success and satisfaction is one of their key objectives. This is evident, if one consider the turn around time they display to manage an enquiry. The service agents are professional and go the extra mile, especially, that most of the times clients are stressed due to having to repair or restore whatever damage or loss they experienced.
