Outsurance Deplorable Service
Outsurance service lives a lot to be desired. I am struggling with a claim for repairs to my gear box for weeks and they try to find any excuse in the book not to pay my claim. The gear box is insured for R22k, the mechanic gave them a quotation as per their request for R18k and they have the audacity to offer me R4k for the repairs of a gear box. I find that insulting, unjustified, immoral and deplorable.
