Outsurance denies responsibilities

An outsurance client turned in front of me without checking for oncoming traffic. The collision was unavoidable as there was too short a distance to brake, even though I was travelling at less than 30Km/h.

Now outsurance says I was the negligent party in this matter, claiming I was driving irresponsibly! And outsurance will not pay for my damages.

Reference number: ********** 18

Outsurance Consultant: Fikile Sinthumule

After my first Hello Peter complaint I received immediate attention from Nompu Maqubela at Outsurance, informing me that I am no longer 100% liable for the accident but only 40%.
Nompu Maqubela claims that their client, referred to as “she”, turned at the T-junction and that I collided into the rear of their client’s vehicle.
I have taken the trouble to email Nompu Maqubela photographs of the accident scene, spelling out that there is no T-junction and that the driver was in fact a young man, as I have already mentioned in my claim.
Their client blatantly turned in front of oncoming traffic without checking, thus causing me to collide into the side of his vehicle, damaging both the left front and left rear door. The photograph Nompu Maqubela sent me clearly shows the side damage to her client’s vehicle. This collision is not into the rear of their client’s vehicle, as Outsurance claims, but into the side of the vehicle.
It does not matter from how many angles you look at these facts, it is clear that their client was absolutely 100% responsible for the accident.
Outsurance steamrolls “Joe Soap” who is not their client, because they can...
