Outsurance delivers the goods

My wife was involved in a minor motor accident with a Golden Arrow bus that clearly wasn't her fault, but the bus company took a chance (don't they always?) and contested the claim. My wife was incensed (partly because the driver actually admitted it was his mistake immediately after the accident) and demanded that she be compensated for the insurance excess (we also lost our no-claim bonus, but that's another story).<br> The Outsurance lawyers took on the bus company and succeeded in extracting the excess, which will be paid into our bank account. Kudos to the call centre staff for keeping us informed, and to the attorneys for winning the case.
