OUTSURANCE definitely the best!

<p>Beginning of 2016 we had a massive hail storm around Krugersdorp were we encountered massive damages. Three of our Carports collapsed. In the process there were two vehicles, solar panels, two caravans, inside and out of the main property as well as at flat let damages.</p> <p>My dad thought that the insurance will only make a partial payment or won’t pay at all. I phoned Outsurance the Monday morning and spoke to Thomas. What an experience it was to deal with Outsurance and Thomas. Thomas took down the details of the damages and that same afternoon the first contractor was at our property inspecting the damages to give a quote through to Outsurance.</p> <p>Everything was replaced within less than a month and we only paid our excess. One of my vehicles that was in for repairs came back with the immobilizer not working properly but was working before going in for repairs, Outsurance took the matter further. At the end Outsurance paid my father money as per the quotation for a new alarm system to be fitted to his vehicle.</p> <p>Well done Outsurance and a huge thank you to Thomas, this was just an absolutely exciting experience to deal with Outsurance, Tomas and then rest of the staff my father dealt with.</p> <p>Even tell today my father talks about the great experience he in counted with Outsurance and the great staff.</p>
