Outsurance defective workmanship policy is based on false advertising

Outsurance defective workmanship policy is based on false advertising and people should stay away from that company and rather go for long established companies like Santam…. Outsurance will just deduct premiums, come claiming time you’ll b moves from pillar to post. STAY AWAY from Outsurance defective workmanship policy!

Good day Victor,

Thank you for your review.

Our claims manager, Jason, has been in contact with you. You advised Jason that you don't want to discuss the matter.
Please note, the only claim we have noted on your policy is a roadside assist where we assisted you with a tow.

If you would like to discuss this further, please call us or email us on the email address provided below.

Regards,
The OUTsurance Team

Hi
I never said I don’t want to discuss the matter, how can I say so when this matter is ‘eating ‘me up daily?!. However thank you for settling the smaller ***, however, why is *** avoided, why pick and choose which policy to pay?
I’ve asked Outsurance what standard(s) did I not follow with my installation that ASIB a custodian of all sprinkler installations did not mention when they did their inspection after the job was done and the same pipes that were installed before and after the flood are the same?
The sprinkler assessor (FireOps)you brought is not even ASIB registered, he’s not qualified to assess ASIB installations which caused my claim to be repudiated!

What does ‘defective workmanship’ mean, which your policy is based on?The flood was caused by defective workmanship and the claim should be honoured, otherwise this is false advertising!
